Memorandums of Understanding

The Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission can enter into Memorandums of Understanding (“MoU”) with other professions and organizations that are involved in the operation of the real estate industry. These MoUs provide guidance as to how the Commission will interact with these other professions and organizations in the course of the Commission’s oversight of registrants in the province.
