Change of Registration Status

Changing brokerages or registration status in the province of Saskatchewan.

This applies to individuals who hold a current Certificate of Registration who seek to change brokerage or registration status (i.e. broker to salesperson, salesperson to broker, salesperson to branch manager, branch manager to broker, etc.) during the current registration year.

 

  1. The form entitled Termination of Certificate of Registration must be completed and signed by the registrant terminating his or her certificate of registration. The broker of the terminating brokerage must also sign this form.
  2. The registrant must also complete the applicable registration form to represent the new brokerage.
  3. The registration fee of $100.00 must be paid.

The Commission is charged with the responsibility of registering all real estate and property management brokerages, brokers, branch managers, associate brokers and salespeople.
