Registration Renewal
Registration (license) renewal information in the province of Saskatchewan.
A) Broker, Branch Manager, Associate Broker or Salesperson
- The registration form entitled “Brokerage/Broker Registration Application Form” (for Brokers only), or “Initial, Reinstate or Renew Registration Application” (for Branch Managers, Associate Brokers and Salespeople) must be completed.
- The Commission’s registration renewal fee for all registrants is $355.00.
- Pursuant to Bylaw 403, every individual making application for registration renewal shall be assessed an annual Real Estate Assurance Fund levy of $10.
- Pursuant to Bylaw 410, Real Estate Insurance Exchange (REIX) Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance premiums are assessed with registration renewal applications and are $225.00.
B) Brokerage
- Pursuant to Bylaw 317, a brokerage registration will not be renewed unless the Annual Financial Report, and any late filing or other fees, have been received and accepted by the Commission prior to the registration date.
